Tim Luke founded The Coherence Study as a living observatory for bringing experience, inquiry, evidence, practice and human–AI collaboration into a more responsible learning rhythm.

Tim's work crosses human development, coaching, infrastructure and the practical realities of work, relationships and public systems. The Study grew from a desire to preserve what experience teaches, test it against reality and carry forward what proves genuinely useful.
His role is not to prescribe final answers. It is to help create conditions in which better noticing, stronger orientation, careful inquiry and practical wisdom can develop.
