A guided educational service

HRM HARMONIC RESONANCE METHOD℠

A way to practice awareness before rushing to interpretation.

The Coherence Study offers HRM HARMONIC RESONANCE METHOD℠ through guided educational and personal-development experiences that help participants notice, describe and follow present experience while preserving their own agency and judgment.

The practice

Listen for what experience is already showing.

HRM may invite attention to sensations, emotions, imagery, movement, change and the quality of one's own inner response. The guide does not declare what an experience means. The participant's own observation remains primary.

The practice is being used in the Study's educational, orientation and guided-practice materials and will be examined through participant experience, feedback and responsible testing.

01

Settle

Allow a few slower breaths and soften effort without demanding a particular state.

02

Notice

Attend to what is present and name it only if naming feels available and useful.

03

Follow change

Notice whether the experience shifts, remains, moves or reveals something over time.
